3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Respond to requests for additional information promptly
• Review all work product and report any concerns immediately
• Pay for services according to the agreed-upon terms

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be communicated in writing before work begins. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances and suspend services for non-payment.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable law. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your express consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to provide accurate information or follow our advice.

7. Professional Standards

Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards, including IRS regulations, AICPA standards, and state licensing requirements. We maintain professional liability insurance to protect our clients.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred for services rendered. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your records to another provider.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the state where our principal office is located.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
